Request a refund for an app purchased from the Apple Store:

  1.  Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com:
- Use your Apple ID to sign in.
  2.  Select "I'd like to":
- Tap or click on "Request a refund."
  3.  Choose the reason for your refund:
- Select the reason why you want a refund from the list provided, then click "Next."
  4.  Select the app, subscription, or item:
- Choose the specific app, subscription, or item for which you want a refund, then click "Submit."
  5.  Wait for an update:
- Apple will review your request. You should receive an update within 24 to 48 hours


If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription in your Apple account.
